At Victory Base Complex West (Euphrates), Berger/Cummins completed in multiple phases a new 30.8 megawatt contractor-leased power plant with 5-day fuel storage and four feeder distribution system comprising 13 kilometers of overhead distribution. Operation and maintenance services are ongoing.
